• Log in or create your account with SportsConnect.
• Register as a volunteer for the program you are working with.
• Fill in all of the information required.
• MUST BE DONE BEFORE EACH NEW SEASON

MLA

• Create an account with the MLA.
• Fill out all of the required information.
• Note: You do not have to agree with everything in the MLA, but you must acknowledge what we believe as FCA.
• ACTIVE INDEFINITELY AFTER COMPLETION

Players Health Protect

• Reach out to the director of the league you are participating in.
• Soccer - Matt Olson (molson@fca.org)
• Baseball - Tremond Gaither (tgaither@fca.org)
• Basketball - Devron Woodruff (dwoodruff@fca.org)
• The league director will send you an email inviting you to complete the Players Health Protect background check and training.
• Complete the 45-minute training.
• ACTIVE FOR TWO YEARS AFTER COMPLETION
